I plan on competing in the Adult division in a Kyokushin Tournament next year. I realize that I need to bring up my training at home concerning kata. I'm going to keep track of this here.

Limited time as I helped my children with their flyer route due to the cold weather, and also I attended my daughter's school Christmas performance. No karate training today.
