In respect to the grief in my Sensei's family at the loss of one of their family members, and to allow the day open for prayers, I chose not to train in karate today.

I plan on competing in the Adult division in a Kyokushin Tournament next year. I realize that I need to bring up my training at home concerning kata. I'm going to keep track of this here.
