Due to the fact that I attended a Karate camp this week, I really was limited to how much kata practice I could do.
Yangtsu 5 times
Gekisai Dai 10 times
Gekisai Sho 5 times
Juji kata once
Sanchin kata once
Taikyoku Sono Ichi 15 times
Pinan Sono Ichi, Ni
Pinan Sono San 6 times
Amount of kata achieved this week approx 45 Goal: 150
Bo practice 30 minutes
warm up ( Lots of warm up as I felt the differences between various sized Bo, and various shaped Bo )
Chion kata 2 times
Total amount of time achieved this week: 30 minutes Goal: 1.5 hours
This is not because I neglected training... but more that my training was different due to the Karate camp.
