No training throughout the week until Friday Dec. 28th.
My left leg was still suffering, and truly acted weak, and frail thoughout karate.
I was able to do:
Taikyoku Sono Ichi 4 times
Gekisai Dai once
Gekisai Sho once
But I suffered from pins and needles in my left leg by the end of Friday night.
